Refund Policy

Refund

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@bluebirdlumber.ws. If your refund request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without firstly sending a request will not be accepted. The returned item(s) will be inspected and if approved, we will arrange for refund of funds. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.

Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include but are not limited to

  • Custom Orders  or Special Orders that were sourced specifically for you or your organisation.
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Items that are On Sale or On Promotion

Product Exchange

We do allow for item exchange within 7 days from receiving your item, subjected to our approval. The item to be returned for exchange must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The dollar value of the returned item must be similar to the product selected for exchange. Please contact us at info@bluebirdlumber.ws if you wish to make a product exchange.
